JMDM-2011 have basic type and multiple extended pattern products, can be customized according to customer's requirements. Molding products are divided into: Basic type, motor motion control extended, D/A extended, A/D extend, encoder extended, PWM pulse width modulation output extended, motor and encoder closed-loop control extended type and other customized extended type.

Basic model:
With 12 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input, NPN input form, the input current is 10ma. There are two channels can use the interrupt source, used for high speed counting; 8 channels photoelectric isolation digital output, open collector output form, the
Maximum output current is 1A, output frequency can reach 20KHZ. Can be used for all kinds of 20 point digital input/output control system, can control cylinder, solenoid valves, relays, etc.; Can be used to replace within 20 points of PLC to control the various occasions(such as all kinds of machine control), function better than 20 points PLC add text display more powerful and flexible.

Motor motion control extended type:
On basic type, more than 1 channel high-speed pulse output. Can control 1 channel step or servo motor as motion control, pulse frequency is 200KHZ, max can be 400KHZ. AD extension type:
On basic type, more than 8 channels 12 bits high speed and high precision AD (analog quantity)input, but less 2 channels digital quantity input. Can be used in the inspection of analog control, such as voltage, current, temperature, humidity, pressure and so on the detection and control of analog signals;

Encoder Extended type:
On basic extend type external connect 1 channel linear transducer or encoder as position detection, encoder AB two phase decoding frequency
Is 200KHZ.

PWM pulse width modulation output extension type:
On basic type, more than 1 channel high-speed PWM output. The PWM frequency can be programmed to set, frequency range are (1hz ~ 25KHZ); Duty ratio can be programmed to set, the duty ratio range is (0.000 ~ 1.000). Can be used for DC speed control, such as the laser power energy control pulse width modulation.

Motor and encoder closed-loop control extended type:
On basic type, extended 1 channel stepper or servo motor control, 1 channel coder control, constitute high precision high speed closed-loop control positioning system;

Other customized extended type:
Above functions can be combination extend, but the existing shells only can accommodate motion control extended type + encoder
Extended type closed loop control, the other two kinds and more than the extend type need to customize the shell.
